Pay It Forward Workshop

It was a great workshop that we had on Friday, 7th of October. Marta and Till spent amazing 2 hours with ICE graduates sharing about the idea of paying forward, discovering other tools of making changes and networking with all our participants and students of City University in Hong Kong.

We shared the 2 key messages during the workshop:

• the exact idea of paying forward, based on the movie of 'Pay It Forward' (2000, USA)
• the idea of Seth Godin about the tribes we're leading, where tribe is a group of people connected to one another, connected to a leader, and connected to an idea.

We're happy that one of our pariticipants set an anction after the workshop! Fernando Wong has started a a web-site where all people can share their stories of paying forward in Hong Kong and use it as a tool to make our world as a better place to live. Facebook page of the movement in HK

We're happy to start our blog today! We want this blog to be a  platform for everyone to connect, to share wisdom about global leadership, different countries, and global learning environment.

We believe that education is one of the most powerful tools to change our world for better, and we want our participants to experience interactive and powerful educational workshops where they can learn, enjoy and become global leaders. We also believe that each person should live in the hamony with other cultures, that's why we recruit and involve into our work people from different countries, for them to share about their cultures, break stereoptypes in order to create global learning environment in schools.
